This hubcap mounts with perimeter rim clips like a Wheelskin,

You may need to remove the wheel center cap for the right fit on some wheels.

If you have the Crown Victoria or Grand Marquis "Flat" wheels (left picture),
the 412C or the 426c are the only hubcaps that will fit!!

This picture shows the Ford Crown Victoria "Flat" 16 or 17 inch steel wheel with 7 or 12 oval holes seen on many police cars and taxis. This is a styled wheel that will NOT take regular hubcaps.  The 2 options to dress up this wheel is the 412c or 426c, which use perimeter clips installation.
