Phil, I received the new (78031c) hubcaps for our Chrysler 300 and they look great! It took me about 20 minutes to change them all and they fit perfectly. Feel free to contact me if you need another testimonial. Thanks, Tim D, Lancaster, Ohio

Properly Tightening Lug Nuts is VERY important!!
Be Sure to Properly Torque your Lug nuts every time you remove them, when changing or rotating tires, or when installing bolt-on hubcaps. Proper installation requires that the wheel lug torque be set to the recommended specification for your vehicle. Torque values can be found in your vehicle's owner's manual, or obtain them from your vehicle dealer or service provider. As a general rule of thumb, most auto lugs should be tightened to at least 75 to 90 foot-pounds. It is best to tighten the lug nuts in a pattern of opposites as shown in the diagrams below. First tighten all the lugs to about 75%, then repeat the pattern to snug in to full torque.
|Received and installed (423s-14) easily. Arrived in four days. Gave my neighbor
your website. Excellent!!!!! James D, Freeport PA
Phil, Got the (422s-15) hubcaps and they look great on my daughter's VW Passat. I don't have any other cars that need hubcaps but if we ever buy a Subaru, you'll hear from me. Thanks again. Homer C, San Diego CA
I received the (426-C-16 chrome) hubs Friday as promised. I put them on Saturday morning and I am very impressed. It gives my Grand Marquis an updated look compared to the factory covers. Very easy to install and seems like a tight fit. Andrew A, Niceville, FL
I just got my (188s-16) wheelcovers and snapped them on my snow treads in less than 2 minutes - what a breeze and they look great (and I am female!). Thanks for your help! I just wish I would have contacted you before I spent 2 hours running from Auto Zone to the Tire Store and to Walmart and found nothing. Thank you again!

Hubcaps Installation: Proper installation is easy and should not
require significant effort or force. Replica Hubcaps use a spring steel
retention ring pushing plastic or metal clips out against the steel wheel, to
hold it in place.
Locate the Hubcap to its proper position, align the hubcap notch with the valve stem. Hold the hubcap parallel to the rim all the way around and apply even pressure with both hands so the hubcap is not tilted away from the rim at any point. Increase the pressure evenly, side to side, top to bottom, and the retention clips will begin to slide into the rim. Try not to let the hubcap get too much away from parallel to the wheel as you ease it into place. You may need to gently punch it in with the heel of your fist. A rubber hammer should not be necessary. Proper installation results in the outer edge of the hubcap fitting firmly against the steel wheel all the way around. If it does not seat all around, do not drive with it. This is a sign of interference by tall lug nuts, hub, or an unusual wheel. The hubcap should not able to be pulled off using only your two bare hands. If you can pull it without tools, check our tips to Tighten Loose Hubcaps.
