For offline orders (postal mail) we accept Checks, Money Orders, American Express Travelers Checks, or wire transfers made in US Funds drawn on U.S. banks. Personal checks will be held until funds have cleared before shipment will be made. For your protection, please do not send cash payments. Wire transfers involve an acceptance fee, so we must add $20 to the order total.

For Orders to be shipped outside the US 48 States:

Place your order on our secure shopping cart.  After we ship, we will bill your card for the actual shipping amount. There may be country-specific customs rules, regulations, duties, or "agent fees," which are outside our control, that you may be responsible for upon delivery. Click Shipping for more details

Sales Tax: All orders with a delivery address in the state of Washington will be charged the current Washington Sales Tax rate.

If your product has been damaged in shipping:

If you receive a package that was damaged during shipment, DO NOT RETURN the product.
Call or email us immediately with details. UPS and Fedex Damage Claims must be filed within 14 days or we cannot send you a replacement.  We need to know the extent of the damage to product items, and also the type and extent of damage to the shipping carton, for the claim we will file with the shipping company.
Keep the damaged product and all packaging and container materials for at least three weeks
.  Do not install the item before FedEx or UPS gets a chance to inspect them.  Usually they do not, but we have to allow them their option to inspect.

 

We ship on business days, Monday through Friday.

60% of our orders ship the same day, 25% are shipped the next business day, 13% ship the in the two business days after that. Less than 1% of orders are back-ordered for more than 4 days. Orders placed after 11:00 am EST Friday or on the weekend usually ship Monday or Tuesday. 

98% of the products listed in our online catalog are immediately available from our supplier warehouses. Orders received before 10 AM Florida time are most likely to ship the same day.

We ship the our products from supplier warehouses near Stocton CA, Quincy IL Phoenix AZ, Cookeville Tn, New Haven CT, and others. Where we ship from depends on where you are located, and where the items you order are stocked.  Usually, we ship from the closest supplier or warehouse to minimize shipping time (and our cost).  Some products are only available from our main location in Florida. Other items may ship from manufacturer's warehouses elsewhere as noted above.

 

Back Orders: Our goal is to ship your product within 24 hours, for orders made Monday thru Thursday. Unfortunately this is not possible in some cases. We sell thousands of items from more than 15 different suppliers around the US. It is not possible for us to know at any moment which items might be out of stock. Those we are aware of, we post "Out of Stock" notices on the product Buy-Now page. Sometimes an item will be in short supply. Should this occur, we will notify you either by phone or e-mail that your product cannot be shipped in a timely manner. We will make every effort to expedite your order and/or provide you with an estimated time of delivery. In case items are delayed this way, if you need express delivery, we will be happy to arrange that at your expense.

Correct Information: It is your responsibility to provide us with correct information for billing your credit card, contacting you by phone or email, and delivering your product. Our "Free Shipping" policy to the 48 contiguous states is based on your providing us with the correct UPS or Fedex deliverable street address. If it is necessary for us to redirect a package after it has been shipped, or if Postal, Fedex, or UPS software corrects your delivery address, additional fees, $12.00 may be charged for this correction service by those agencies, you will then be necessary to reimburse us for these charges.

   If the information you provide for credit card payment is incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you by email or the phone number provided on the order form and notify you of the situation.

International Orders: Before ordering, please email us with your item and your address.  We will check of the specifics of your order and reply by email about order details and shipping. There are country-specific customs rules and other regulations for shipping certain items. You may be responsible to pay duty upon delivery.
