Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
For offline orders (postal mail) we accept Checks, Money Orders, American
Express Travelers Checks, or wire transfers made in US Funds drawn on U.S.
banks. All checks or Money Orders will be held until funds have cleared before
shipment will be made. For your protection, please do not send cash payments.
Wire transfers involve an acceptance fee, so we must add $20 to the order total.
If you wish to pay by check or money order, be sure to include
your name, delivery address, phone number, and the item you are ordering.

For Orders to be shipped outside the US 48 States:
Place your order on our secure shopping cart. After we ship, we
will bill your card for the actual shipping amount. There may be
country-specific customs rules, regulations, duties, or "agent fees," which are
outside our control, that you may be responsible for upon delivery. Click

Sales Tax: All orders with a delivery address in the state of
Washington will be charged the current Washington Sales Tax rate.

If the product has been damaged in shipping:
If you receive a package that was damaged during shipment, do not return the product.
Call or email us immediately with details. We need to know
the extent of the damage to product items, and also the type and extent of
damage to the shipping carton, for the claim we will file with the shipping
company.
Keep the damaged product and all packaging and container
materials for at least two weeks. Do not install the item before FedEx
or UPS gets a chance to inspect them. Usually they do not, but we have to give
them their option.
Back Orders:
Although our goal is to ship your product within 24 hours, sometimes an item
will be in short supply. Should this occur, we will notify you either by phone
or e-mail that your product cannot be shipped in a timely manner. We will make
every effort to expedite your order and/or provide you with and estimated time
of delivery.
Incorrect Information:
If for any reason the information you provide for credit card payment is
incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you by email or the phone number
provided on the order form and notify you of the situation. If we are not able
to contact you within 72 hours or the phone number is invalid the order will be
cancelled. We will make all attempts to clarify any credit card difficulties
prior to order cancellation. However, this will delay shipment of the
product(s).
International Orders:
Before ordering, please email us with your item and your address.
We will check of the specifics of your order and reply by email about order
details and shipping. There are country-specific customs rules and other
regulations for shipping certain items. You may be responsible to pay duty upon
delivery.
