H1 Full-Size Van Aluminum Rack System Specifications:

Max Load Capacity of 250 pounds Per Bar (evenly distributed)

No-Drill Installation, Secure Mounting with Drip Rail Clamps
All Parts are Robot Welded, then Powder Coated either Black or White
2" x 1" rectangular reinforced cross bars with Non-Slip plastic Bar Guards on top
Mounting Uprights 16.5" total height, are 3 mm Aluminum, 8" wide at the clamp base, with 4 - 1" holes for bungee hooks
Upright components are welded; Rubber Cap on uprights prevents wind noise and water incursion
Rail Clamps are Rubber coated for maximum grip and paint protection
No-Rust All Stainless Mounting Hardware
Set includes Galvanized Rubber Dipped Ladder Stoppers, Ladder Guides and Velcro Straps for Secure Tie-down
Easy Turn Knobs allow quick adjustment

For 3-Bar Systems, 2 uprights are supplied 5/8 inch taller
than the other 4 to compensate for roof curvature,
only necessary for newer models of Chevy, GM and Ford.
