We ship Free to the contiguous US 48 states,
by FedEx, UPS or US Post Office. Delivery usually in 3 to 5 days.
If you need one or 2 day delivery, Call in to request and pay for Express Delivery.
For shipping outside the 48 states, call or email for a quote.
Small items lightweight items, we may ship by Mail, at our discretion.

are on a deadline or just excited about your new purchase, and are
willing to pay the cost of shipping, you can request Express 2nd Day
delivery, via Fed Ex or UPS typically costs $50-80, plus
or minus, for size, weight, and location. Next Day Express can be two or
three times that cost
(outside of US will be much higher).
Shipping costs vary based on each
specific product, Weight, Dimensions, and your specific location. We bill the
actual Express shipping amount to your charge card after your item ships.
We ship on business days, Monday through Friday.
60% of our orders ship the same day, 30% are shipped the next business
day, 10% ship the in the two business days after that. Less than 2% of
orders are back-ordered for more than 4 days. Orders placed after 1:00pm
Eastern Time Friday or on the
weekend ship Monday or Tuesday. Special Orders for colors or options may be
manufactured after orders are placed and may not ship for 10 to 14 days,
depending on production cycles.
97% of the products listed in our online catalog are immediately available from our supplier warehouses. Orders received before 10am Florida time (Eastern time zone) are most likely to ship the same day.
We ship our products from supplier warehouses near Corona CA, Kansas City KS, Cookeville TN, Exeter PA, Atlanta GA, Brownstown MI, Dallas TX, Cheney WA, New Haven CT, and others. Where we ship from depends on where the items you order are stocked, and where you are located. Usually, we ship from the closest supplier or warehouse to minimize shipping time (and our cost). Some products are only available from our main location in Florida. Other items may ship from manufacturer's warehouses elsewhere as noted above.
About Delivery Time: We do not guarantee any specific delivery time. When we give a package to the shipping company, FedEx, UPS, or Mail, Delivery is then on their time schedule. UPS, FedEx Ground and SmartPost estimated days to delivery start on the day AFTER the package is in their hands, and these are not guaranteed, although most are correct over 90% of the time. Express shipping times are guaranteed by the carrier. If you have any dispute with the carrier about the delivery time being longer than you expected, you will have to take that up with them yourself.
Back Orders: Our goal is to ship your product within 24 hours, for orders made Monday thru Thursday. Unfortunately this is not possible in some cases. We sell thousands of items from more than 20 different suppliers around the US. It is not possible for us to know at any moment which items might be out of stock. Those we are aware of, we post "Out of Stock" notices on the product Buy-Now page. Sometimes an item will be in short supply. Should this occur, we will notify you either by phone or e-mail that your product cannot be shipped in a timely manner. We will make every effort to expedite your order and/or provide you with and estimated time of delivery. In case items are delayed this way, if you need express delivery, we will be happy to arrange that at your expense.
Shipping outside the 48 states, or by US Postal Service: We charge the actual shipping rate for International, AK, HI, and Military APO or FPO addresses, or other addresses that require USPS delivery. See the Military section below. We usually ship to international destinations by US Priority International Mail, which often costs substantially less than UPS and FedEx, with lower Customs fees for the receiver.

ship, we will bill your card for the actual shipping amount. There may be
country-specific customs rules, regulations, duties, or "agent fees," which are outside our control, that you may be responsible for upon delivery.
International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, Taxes and Customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional fees may be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company or Post Office. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
International Customs regulations prohibit marking merchandise below value or as “gifts”.
Examples of average shipping costs for 1 set of plastic wheel covers (average 6 pounds) outside the contiguous 48 states. These are averages we experienced over several months. Your product weight and your specific location may cause significant variance to these estimates. Products such as door handle covers weigh significantly less, so usually cost less to ship. Shipping costs have been rising steadily, however, with fuel costs. Stainless Dual Wheel simulators often weigh over 25 pounds per set.

limited availability, or special orders.>
Delivery Address: Please make sure the shipping address you specify is deliverable by UPS or FedEx.
UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes. If you want delivery to a PO Box, we must charge you for mail shipping, $25-35.
Please note that if your shipping address turns out to be undeliverable by the carrier and the shipment is returned to us, you will be responsible to pay for the re-shipment, or a restocking fee of 30%, in addition to applicable shipping, transaction and insurance fees.
Military - APO or FPO Shipping:
Military APO and FPO addresses: (Army Post Office and Fleet Post Office) We ship these by mail, and charge for the shipping separately, $25-35.
All items ordered in a single order will ship complete. If an item within an order must be backordered, we will contact you by email or phone to give you the option to partial ship, or wait for the backordered item to arrive, then ship complete.
If your product has been damaged in shipping:
If you receive a package that was damaged during shipment, DO NOT
RETURN the product.
Call or email us immediately with details. UPS and Fedex Damage Claims must be filed within 14 days or we cannot send you a replacement. We need to know the extent of the damage to product items, and also the type and extent of damage to the shipping carton, for the claim we will file with the shipping company.
Keep the damaged product and all packaging and container materials for at least three weeks. Do not install the item before FedEx or UPS gets a chance to inspect them. Usually they do not, but we have to allow them their option to inspect.
