We ship Free to the contiguous US 48 states,
by standard UPS Ground, FedEx ground, US Mail, or by Parcel Post, at our discretion. Standard Delivery generally takes 3 to 5 business days.

If you need faster delivery: If you are on a deadline or just excited about your new purchase, and are willing to pay the cost of shipping, you can request Express Delivery! 2 Day delivery via Fed Ex or UPS typically costs $40-45 plus or minus for size and weight. Next Day Air can be double that cost (outside of US will be higher).
For CA and NV, overnight delivery is available, via California Overnight, usually under $10.  For WA, OR, and AZ, 2nd Day delivery via Cal Over is under $10

Shipping costs will vary based on each specific product, Weight, Dimensions, and your location. We bill the actual shipping amount to your charge card after your item ships.

We ship on business days, Monday through Friday.

60% of our orders ship the same day, 25% are shipped the next business day, and the other 15% ship the in the two business days after that. Orders placed after 11:00 am PST Friday or on the weekend ship Monday or Tuesday. 

98% of the products listed in our online catalog are immediately available from our warehouses. Orders received before 10 AM Seattle time (which is 3 hours EARLIER than Eastern time zone) are most likely to ship the same day.

We ship the majority of our products from supply warehouses near Seattle, Sacramento and St Louis. Some items may ship from other suppliers in other areas. Where we ship from depends on where you are located, and where the items you order are stocked.  Usually, we ship from the closest warehouse to minimize shipping time (and our cost).  Some products are only available from our main location in Seattle. Special Order items may ship from manufacturer's warehouses elsewhere.

Shipping outside the 48 states: We charge the actual shipping rate for AK, HI, International and  Military APO or FPO addresses. Orders that ship via the Post Officeusually go out on  Thursday or Friday. See the Military section below. In the past we could ship to Alaska and Hawaii by Priority Mail, but since the 2007 Postal rate increase, UPS has been by far the most practical. We ship to other overseas destinations by US Air Parcel Post, which usually costs substantially less than UPS and FedEx charge, with lower "agent fees" for the receiver.

Place your order on our secure shopping cart.  After we ship, we will bill your card for the actual shipping amount. There may be country-specific customs rules, regulations, duties, or "agent fees," which are outside our control, that you may be responsible for upon delivery.

Examples of average shipping costs for 1 set of wheel covers (average 6 pounds) outside the contiguous 48 states. These are averages we experienced over several months. Your product weight and your specific location may cause significant variance to these estimates. Products such as door handle covers weigh significantly less, so usually cost less to ship. Shipping costs have been rising steadily, however, with fuel costs.

Delays may occur for products on back order, in limited availability, or special orders.

Military APO and FPO addresses: (Army Post Office and Fleet Post Office) We ship USPS for these, and charge for the shipping separately, since USPS charges more and usually involves export paperwork.

Delivery Address: Please make sure the shipping address you specify is deliverable by UPS or FedEx.
UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes.  If you want delivery to a PO Box, we must charge you for the shipping because it involves a special trip, taking it to the post office.

Please note that if your shipping address turns out to be undeliverable by the carrier and the shipment is returned to us, you will be responsible to pay for the re-shipment, or a restocking fee of 30%, in addition to applicable shipping, transaction and insurance fees.
 

Military - APO or FPO Shipping:

We will ship by USPS to your APO box address, via USPS.  Our USPS shipping  usually occurs Thursday or Friday from Sacramento, and we must charge you the additional, which is usually $10-$15, depending on weight, etc.
Complete Orders:
All items ordered in a single order will ship complete. If an item within an order must be backordered, we will contact you by email or phone to give you the option to partial ship, or wait for the backordered item to arrive, then ship complete.

If your product has been damaged in shipping:

If you receive a package that was damaged during shipment, do not return the product.
Call or email us immediately with details, so we can ship you a replacement.  We need to know the extent of the damage to product items, and also the damage to the shipping carton, for the claim we will file with the shipping company.
Keep the damaged product and all packaging and container materials for at least two weeks.  Do not install the item before FedEx or UPS gets a chance to inspect them.  Usually they do not, but we have to give them their option.
