AutoAmenity Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee

At AutoAmenity, Customer satisfaction is paramount. We strive to make your purchasing experience as pleasant as possible. We work to win your repeat business by supplying quality products in a timely manner and at competitive prices.
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, request a return authorization for the item(s) within 14 days of delivery and we will refund your purchase price, minus a 25% restocking fee.  If return is requested later than 14 days after delivery, or if items are returned without authorization, we will charge a 30% restocking fee. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
This guarantee is void if the product has been installed, used, or damaged.  Please refer to our Returns page for more details.

Warranty Information:

All hubcaps / wheel covers and other products sold by AutoAmenity.com are covered according to their respective manufacturers' warranty terms.
Manufacturer's warranties do not cover damage due to improper installation, removal, abuse, neglect, or any other failure due to out of ordinary and reasonable consumer use. Warranties are not transferable.

Hubcaps, Center caps, Wheelskins, Grill Inserts, Chrome Trim, and other items we sell are not warranted against loss. There are too many variables, including improper installation, variation in wheels or tires, unknown damage from prior collision, lug nut height, the presence of wax, dirt, lubricants, fluids, grease, tire pressure, and driving conditions, etc, that are outside of our control.

Customer Error:
  • We cannot be responsible for your mistakes, if you order the wrong size, if you change your mind, or if your spouse "doesn't like it."

  • Know your vehicle model, year, body style, wheel size, wheel type--styled or standard, or other specifics necessary to order the correct items for it.

  • Vehicles and their parts do vary. We cannot be responsible for variations of your vehicle from the usual for that vehicle make-model-year, nor if you think your wheels look "standard" but turn out to be "slightly off standard" so that your wheel covers, door handle covers, etc., may not fit.

    Please read our item descriptions carefully, look at the 'before' pictures we provide to help identify the correct product application. Check wheel sizes by reading off the tire.
    Orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded in full minus a 10% bookkeeping fee.
