Phoenix Polished Stainless Dual Wheel Liners are made of high quality polished T304L alloy Marine Grade stainless for long corrosion-free life. T304 Stainless 18% Chrome and 11% nickel, is very 'white' and matches any other chrome plated parts of your vehicle.  What we need to know for correct fitting:    Chassis Make, Model and Year, Wheel Diameter (& Width), Number of lugs and Hand holes The Accuride Wheel Number is most definitive for the best product match.  It is usually stamped on the front wheel between a couple of lug holes, but may be found anywhere on the wheel. Hub Piloted Wheels vs Stud Piloted Wheels: The Diagrams below show the two types of Lug Nuts.
Cone, Tapered, "Ball-Seat" Nut,  Found on Older Stud Pilot wheels. Fit into chamfered holes in the wheels, center the wheel on the hub. Use Imperial Thread. On Heavy Duty wheels, Left threads on the left and right threads on the right side.
Flat Bottom, Flange Nuts, Found on Newer Hub-Pilot wheels Required by DOT Hub Pilot wheels have a hole middle that centers the wheel on the hub, use metric thread studs. The Hub Piloted configuration is stronger, DOT required the transition from stud-piloted to Hub-piloted wheels during the 1990's. Benefits of Hub-Pilot Wheel configuration: Reduction of wear between the nut and chamfered hole Greater clamping force for a given torque Eliminated necessity for left hand threads on the left side

Why are these called "Simulators"?  These wheel covers simulate chrome plated dual wheels, but are MUCH more affordable.

Phoenix USA, Inc. warrants the stainless steel wheel simulators it markets to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 3 years from initial sale to the initial purchaser. Any potential claim should be initiated by contacting the warranty department at Phoenix USA, Inc. to request a Returned Goods Authorization number so that the defective item only can be returned to Phoenix USA, Inc. for inspection and evaluation. If it is determined that the part in question was, in fact, defective, the defective part will be replaced at no charge.
