Pacific Dualies "Over The Lug" Mounting Style uses Stud Extenders and Jam Nuts that screw on to the excess Stud that protrudes past your existing lug nuts. Removal of your OEM Hi-torque lug nuts is not required. Diagram represents Front (convex), Rear is similar but concave. Diagram above  and picture below represent the large majority of Pacific Dualies sets. Because Dual Wheels are not standard, there may be some variation in small parts. Depending on the specific wheel, there may or may not be spacers or stud extenders.
