Wheel size, # lugs, Hand holes, make-model-year.
These products fit wheels made in North America very well. Lately, some import trailer wheels (from China, India, Brazil etc) have been coming in, and some of them may need shorter or longer stud extenders, which we cannot tell in advance.

4" diameter centers are removable for access to grease nipples on trailers.
